Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
What We Accept
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Whether you received a damaged item, the print quality doesn't meet our standards, or you simply changed your mind, we're here to help.
We also accept exchanges if you'd prefer a different size or color of the same design.
How to Return Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@teegecko.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns are processed by mail. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees for returns.
